Shipping, Returns, and FAQs

WHERE CAN I TRY AND BUY PET JUMPERS IN PERSON?

I sometimes sell in-person at markets and events. The best way to keep up to date with future markets and events is to subscribe to my e-mail list.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is available in Australia and to the US. I do my best to have orders shipped within 3 business days. 

If you would like to have something shipped elsewhere, please get in contact with me, Edith, hello@sundaypetjumpers.com to get shipping quote. 

AUSTRALIA

Free standard shipping is available with all orders and is automatically applied at checkout (yippee!).

  • Pet jumpers are shipped using the standard, tracked option with Australia Post.
  • Pet collar charms are shipped using standard, untracked option with Australia Post. 

UNITED STATES

Flat rate shipping, USD 14, is available with orders to the US. Orders are shipped using the standard, tracked option with Australia Post and their official shipping partner in the US.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please email me, Edith, hello@sundaypetjumpers.com ASAP if there is a problem with your order. Refunds and replacements are only offered on faulty goods. Refunds are not offered for change of mind but I am happy to arrange one exchange or store credit. You will need to return any items you wish to exchange at your own expense. 

 

AVAILABILITY

I do my best to keep the online store up to date, however, sometimes there may be items that are out of stock. If this occurs I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
