Shipping, Returns, and FAQs

SHIPPING 

Free standard shipping is available with all orders and is automatically applied at checkout (yippee!).
  • Pet jumpers are shipped using the standard, tracked option with Australia Post.
  • Pet collar charms are shipped using standard, untracked option with Australia Post. 

I do my best to have orders usually shipped within 3 business days.

If you would like to have something shipped internationally, please contact Edith hello@sundaypetjumpers.com to get shipping quote. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please email Edith hello@sundaypetjumpers.com ASAP if there is a problem with your order. Refunds and replacements are only offered on faulty goods. Refunds are not offered for change of mind but I am happy to exchange or arrange store credit. You will need to return any items you wish to exchange at your own expense. 

 

AVAILABILITY

I do my best to keep the online store up to date, however, sometimes there may be items that are out of stock. If this occurs I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
